During my time with SOPRA Banking I could participate to Agile Projects implementing new Software and introducing Digitalization to different customers (Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands). As Project Manager, my tasks were: • Project planning and follow-up • Team management on and off-site • Coordination of development teams all around the world • Assure the client and assist him through the different phases and decisions • Identify the potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

As a Product Owner my main tasks were: • Requirements gathering and analysis • User stories analysis and prioritization • Backlog review and Sprint planning • Solution design and development specification • Project teams guidance and assistance • POC preparation and execution

One of the biggest projects with Hyundai as a customer helping them replace their core system by a standard European Software. The project was very challenging due to the culture and language differences and also the difference in practices, regulations, and the way of doing business. I could lead my stream throughout the implementation phase until UAT. Main tasks were: - Team management, training and support - Requirements gathering and solution design - Tickets assignment and Client assistance

Master Degree classes in Information systems auditing, analyzing and decision strategy. I had classes under an exchange programm but did not perceive to get the final title.
