Currently I am working as the Country Head of Bhaskar Denim Ltd; an enterprise of the 4th largest industrial group in India named “DB Corp Ltd”. The group in involved with different business entity including denim that we are representing in Bangladesh. We are producing 3.5 million meters’ denim fabrics per month and I look after the national and international sales along with my team stationed in Dhaka.

I have been working for three years as the General Manager of Nassa Denim. I looked after the overall business of the company with annual sales turnover of US$ 55.00 million. Dealt with M&S, VF, Target AU, H&M, Asda, Next, Zara, K-mart USA, K-mart AU, Bershka, C&A, Levis, etc.

As the Sourcing Manager of the PE manufacturing company; I looked after the overall execution of formal and casual wear sourcing in all product ranges in Bangladesh. Apart, overall trading and business control also were the area of my work.

I have been working for this company for its Bangladesh Liaison Office as the General Manager. The company is involved in apparel sourcing and trading for its own brands and for other renowned retailers in Spain as well as in other part of Europe. The brands we are handling are LOSAN for men, women, children and infants, Safon, SMF Jeans, Hypercore, Makson, Agressivo, Intersports and others. Overall office management, sourcing, budgeting, production management are my key responsibilities.

I have been working for this company for its Bangladesh Liaison Office as the Head of Sourcing. The company is the market leader in Denmark, Sweden and Finland having sourcing offices in 32 countries around the world. Supplier & product sourcing, development, attending buying meetings, managing merchandising & QC team, following TNA & shipments are the parts of my job with IC COMPANYS.

I worked as the Executive Director in Pioneer Sweaters Limited, one of the leading business conglomerates in Bangladesh having a yearly group turnover of USD 250 million. Being the chief executive of that company, marketing, overall production & delivery planning, buyer dealings and cost analysis, etc. were the major parts of my job responsibilities. Handled world-renowned buyer such as H&M, C&A, Casino, El Corte Ingles, ZARA, PRIMARK, Peek & Kloppenburg, MATALAN, GEORGE etc.

I worked as the “Production Manager" in Carrefour Global Sourcing Bangladesh liaison Office, the 2nd biggest retail chain in the world and 1st in Europe. Vendor sourcing, compliance and social auditing, reviewing testing & inspection reports, entire production management were part of my responsibilities.

I worked as a "Sr. Merchandiser" in one of the leading Scandinavian apparel retailer named Lindex AB. The company sales premium branded apparels for women & children in their own stores. Day to day merchandising activities, production follow-up and coordination with the buyers and designers were the major part of my job.
