Responsibilities: • Customer support for England and North Europe websites • Placing and processing customer orders • Handling reported order issues • Assisting the customers in using the company's websites Marketing tasks: • Replying to online reviews from customers • Integrating the company's websites into new markets

Responsibilities: • Market research • Gathering documentation on given topics • Attending HR topics presentations (recruiting, evaluations, feedback, training, SMART objectives) • Writing articles on HR topics

Responsibilities : • Correcting layout of documents for the compilation of the Official Journal of the European Union • Based on a „proof” sample and considering quality rules, the required layout changes needed to be pointed in order to make different language versions of the same document look as similar as possible • After the indicated changes were processed, documents were reviewed to make sure the changes actually / propperly occured

Responsibilities : • Adapting training material in accordance with the company's branding rules • Communication with the internal trainers to get input on their expectations in regards to templates • Generating templates for training materials
