- participate in the selection process; - prepare recruitment ads in English and post them on different websites and social platforms; - execute direct search for candidates in order to permanently refresh the candidates pipeline; - conduct interviews, prepare and record candidate profiles; - prepare contracts according to the Romanian Labour legislation; - update the employee and candidate database; - general assistance for the management team.

- assist PhD students in all stages of their doctoral studies in human resources; - make translations from EN to RO and vice versa; - send assessment tools to subjects; - perform organizational diagnosis by assessing factors that influence commitment, satisfaction, well-being and motivation; - evaluate performance and emotional competences (emotional intelligence); - statistical processing of results by univariate, bivariate statistical methods and inferential statistical tests using SPSS.

- participate in recruitment forums held regularly ; - adapt to specific job interviews (mostly technical profile); - hold interviews in Romanian, English, French in partnership with an employee from Renault.
