I am working on Alstom as a subcontractor employee (Intra Bilişim A.Ş.) since 2007. I am supporting to Alstom for all It related issues and managing local IT team. Alstom has 3 railway projects in Istanbul. One of them is Marmaray Project, which is the biggest railway project that made ever in Turkey. I am working on Alstom with 2 title. One is It Responsible of Alstom Transport and the other one is Marmaray CR1 Project's It Responsible.

I was working with title Customer Support Engineer at Microsoft Call Center, which has the number 444 67 87. * Support on telephone to corporate users (such like national bank's it teams, goverment, big companies which have support aggrement with Microsoft) about Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites (Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, Entourage) and Microsoft Small Business Server

 Being responsible for the maintenance of the whole local area network (clients and data,mail,terminal and backup servers) at the headquarter.  Maintaining frame-relay and voip lines of the company having them work efficiently.  Both providing security of the network structure and if necessary, dealing with the existing problems and general maintenance in the branch offices in Bursa and İzmir  Arranging sourcing process of IT infrastructure.
