Responsibilities * Restructuring and overseeing international TV channel operations of the company and directly reporting to COO of Acun Media, parent company of TV operations. * Managing an international ad sales team abroad * Channel license management with authorities in the UK, Germany and Turkey. * Developing entry strategy for new international western European TV markets * Evaluation of entry strategy and ad sales operations in Greece and Romania.

Responsibilities: * Coordinating all business operations of the international TV channels of Dogan TV and directly reporting to the CEO of Dogan TV. * Establishing sales team and designing sales strategy * Realizing the budget targets by increasing sales revenues of existing products and developing new revenue streams * Maintaining the relationship with the broadcasting and financial authorities in Luxembourg as a board member of the group’s subsidiary in Luxembourg

Responsibilities * Directly reporting to the CEO of Star TV channel * Designing and overseeing qualitative and quantitative researches to define the TV channel’s programming strategy * Identifying potential television serials and shows for specific target audiences in different time slots * Developing acquired TV programs within allocated time slots by carefully scheduling

Responsibilities: *Directly reporting to the head of International Investments in collaboration with the top management of the channel *Developing & evaluating potential investment and M&A opportunities in Romania *Establishing the distribution of the startup tv channel in cable and DTH networks in Romania *Assisting programming and scheduling strategy by developing the performance analysis for both programming and sales *Leading or co-leading new investment, marketing and sales projects for the TV channel

Responsibilities * Conducting market research of both local and international markets for new investment opportunities and * Developing and evaluating new investment opportunities in emerging markets.
