More or less my project management is the same what I named before as IT coordination because I choose smaller projects where I do not act administrative only from balcony but also need to do work as technician.

Technical coordination and support of ongoing Java client updates to Vattenfall clients and application tests

Organisating technical corrective maintenance and application consulting activities for Web Solutions team in Vattenfall countries - What I did for Web Content Management team before I do now for team Web Solutions whereby we focus on a merging of central ITIL process + decentral agile approach. From 2015 I have also started to coordinate Java client and depending applications updates on 33000 computers.

Our team established as first in Vattenfall IT a cross-country cooperation with developers in Poland and we were successful merging of Vattenfall separated Internet and Intranet Websites on one central platform (first OpenText LiveLink, then RedDot). During this pioneer phase I grounded a support team of German, Polish and later Nordic developers which kept the WCM project teams released from incidents, problems, application consulting and adjustments.

Our German/Polish WCM team was looking for international extension toward Vattenfall Nordic and sent me as pioneer to the still unexplored area of Nordic IT in Stockholm. In 2 years I was learning a lot how to take myself back as German in an ongoing for consensus looking culture and achieving cooperation and results too.

A lot of learning about doing German IT web business in different roles. I accomplished my cross-entering mission in the IT area (Quereinstieg) and my hobby has finally become my profession.

Got familiar with IT operation and website programming in an Asian country (supported by Heinz-Nixdorf-Stiftung), extended my view in many perspectives

Learnt about the power of political acting, customer orientation and job organisation and was responsible also for PC maintenance in Dresden

Economis with focus on Controlling, Finance and Taxes (Dipl-Kfm)
