Responsible for testing the Acquisition module of the WMS product, which supports a full spectrum of library management activities. Wrote Test plan, updated and reviewed test cases; performed execution of smoke, functional, integration ant regression tests; bug tracking; Managed testing activities of testing team and reviewed their results. Analyzed requirements; clarified them with a product analyst and explained them to the test team. Adapted testing activities in the project to agile methodology.

Responsible for testing the Voice.Trust Server, which authenticates users based on Voice Biometric Authentication. Performed Test design and testing. Prepared release notes, user guide, reverse engineering. Prepared a test environment for testing Voice.Trust products. Installed and configured MS SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 database servers,created and restored disk images QA improvements: defect tracking procedure, release versioning and build numbering were developed and introduced.

I have been working in the teams of 3 to 15 developers on long termed contracts and small assignments. Managed testing activities of testing team. Carried out test planning, project estimation, test design (test cases, check lists), test summary report, software testing and defect tracking, software quality measurements and analysis, reverse engineering, User Guides, marketing materials such as product presentations. Carried out trainings on new version for the customers.

I was working in a first level support center service answering questions and dispatching problems from the clients by phone and e-mail. Later manager of a second level support service, where I investigated and resolved issues from our clients all over the country, reprodused and passed it into developer team, reviewed reporting.
