Technology stack: FrontEnd-React, BackEnd -Java Architecture: REST Define and track project scope, goals and deliverables Develop project schedule (project plan in MS Project) Define tasks and required resources Acquire and allocate project resources Monitor and report on project progress Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions Evaluate and assess result of project

-Work in the international team -Usage of maturity model DevOps&Agile (based on CMMI concept) -Development of the questionnaires based on DevOps&Agile maturity models -Interview with projects for further assessment -Prepare detailed reports with actual state and project specific recommendations for the next maturity level achievement -Presentation of the project results to management board -Develop the design concept for automated DevOps and Agile assessment
