• In my current role, I serve as a co-developer of Pillar I credit risk models within the Raiffeisen Group’s Joint Modelling Framework ensuring full compliance with E BA Guidelines, EU CRR/CRD regulations and IFRS 9 standards. •Development of common LGD model for Balkan countries in line with IRB requirements. •I have designed and implemented an end-to-end workflow that supports the full model-development process (risk differentiation and quantification) using Databricks and SQL, Python and SAS.

I led a team of 8 analysts overseeing the credit assessment process for residential and commercial tenants across the Greater Toronto Area, ensuring credit quality and portfolio stability through pre-approval analysis while reviewing income, credit history and supporting financial documents. • Monitoring portfolio under management using Power BI and Zoho Analytics (som etimes processing large datasets using VBA and SQL) tracking performance, mitigating exposure while targeting default rates below 3%.

• Created and automated Excel and SQL dashboards for the Sales and Marketing team improving data accuracy and reducing manual effort. • Led the migration and integration of manual data to EasyRentPro while customizing reports as per different requirements from internal and external(Hertz HO) teams. • Working closely with Fleet and Pricing team to analyze data , helping improve revenue per unit (RPU) and vehicle utilization rates, while making sure that customers had the right vehicles at the right time.
