I work in Agile Software Development Projects as a System Analyst on Private/Sovereign Bond trading platform. I work with Business Analysts in collaborations in London Office on implementation of gathered requirements. I currently work partly both for Istanbul and London Offices.

Key role in "Individual Credit Utilization Through Merchants Project" in the biggest leading bank in Turkey as Business&System Analyst.

Current project: IT Transformation Project (Insurance Industry) Details: I am responsible of analyzing, testing, deployment and maintenance phases of the projects that are in responsibility of Sales Performance Systems Division (DWH) in IT Department and related transformation program management. Previous; Unicredit Yapi ve Kredi Bank, Corporate Credit Application Transformation Project

I was responsible of check, muniment operational systems, transactions, acounting actions, remittance, internal money transfer datas and systems, asset management systems and Bantas Co. money transferring menus and frameworks.

I worked on the systemic policy production, goaling, reward and promotion systems, maintaining systemic reports, preparing production result reports on productivity through Yapi Kredi Bank branches.

“Lean Office” had been supported by projects and relevant studies. For three-month period, I worked in the company as a part-time intern. Projects and time study reports were used in Bachelor thesis. www.favori.com.tr

In this internship, supply chain management processes were observed. I was trained on implementing KAIZEN techniques for 5 days (1 day theoretical, 4 days practice). http://www.mercedes-benz.com.tr
