Responsible for all aspects of the Finance function of Borg Warner Turbo Systems' German activities, including their largest plant worldwide, including Accounting and Reporting (SAP, HFM), Internal Controls (SOX), Controlling. Seconded to Pyeongtaek plant in Korea from April 2015-March 2016 to replace the Controller. In that time, sales growth was 100%, and I played a major role in winning additional business to ensure sales will double again to $500m.

US GAAP compliance, policies and procedures, local statutory accounts and compliance, income statement below Operating Income and Balance Sheet, audit, internal controls, European credit management, financial systems (incl. SAP, Hyperion) and Financial Shared Services implementation in Europe. Joined as Plant Controller B-B, promoted to Division Controller March 2002, oversaw major restructuring of Division (sales 130m Euro), moving part of production to a new plant near Krakow, Poland

Plant Controller for Neuenburg and Rastatt plants (about 100-200 staff each), transitioned the accounting functions into the Shared Service Center, assisted in the sale of both plants to other companies, responsible for reporting, forecasting, budgeting and all aspects of finance
