Manage the global commercial project execution, permitting and after-sales organisation on subsea project (each project is c. 20-500m$) in a 1 - 3 years of construction phase, and during an after-sales period up to 25 years, team of 50 people Manage the project P&L, within a complex multi-customer consortium environment, settle contract variations and extensions, and mitigate claim management. Focus project organisation on cash-collections (overdue < 4% of sales)

Manage, finance organisation (c. 50 persons) for the group´s OPTICS business on a full P&L responsibility including working capital, covering planning, budgeting, M&A, cost management and project controlling on singular strategic projects. Identify and restructure the product portfolio & R/D sites after the A.Lucent merger . Manage 3rd party findings (European Investment bank) for the European R&D centres.

Define, implement and follow-up the finance organisation in a team of 23 people with links to HQ for back office & shared service centres, scope covers financial planning/ budgeting, project controlling and treasury. Get turn-around to a positive EBITDA in each single quarter since Q3 2005 successful claim managment after a fire incident (40+ m€)
