Led and successfully completed a project to establish a secure platform for Engineering Data Exchange. The platform has been set productive without any flaws and is now being used to exchange product data with OEM's, supply base and internally.

Member of a 3-people core team to select a new corporate PLM system. Goal was to replace various legacy systems by a common system to enable global collaboration across business units and to streamline the globally dispersed product development process. The project resulted into the successful selection of a new PLM system and included comprehensive specification of requirements, use case testings, reference customer visits and final negotiations including contract closure.

Starting with responsibilty for supporting a mid size development facility in the area of 3D CAD, the position developed into gloabl responsibility for 3D CAD standards in all regards.

Having started as a designer, I have quickly taken over a project for first implementation of 3D CAD infrastructure and processes. The project included development of design methods as well as cration of training concepts and conducting traings.
