Oliver Heldt is developing Estafeta’s capabilities to provide integrated solutions, including the establishment of a team of logistics experts who will plan, prepare and execute special tailored solutions for national and international clients within Mexico. The new division within Estafeta is called “Logistics Solutions” and developed the following products until 2008. • Critical Spare Parts Operation (24/7 operation) • Fulfillment operations • Return management • Same-day-deliveries • Clinical trials

Oliver Heldt moved in 1996 from Germany to Mexico and started at Estafeta Mexicana as a project manager, reporting directly to the president of the company. During the following 4 years he was assigned projects or recommended projects for Estafeta. He was involved in the initiation processes, planning, development, execution, monitoring and closing of several projects. Some of the projects Oliver was involved in during this period. • Deliveries to Supermarkets • Estafeta’s first airfreight operation •
