In my role as Recruiter I help to account manage some of the most prestigious oil and gas companies and provide full staffing solutions for them on permanent and contract positions. I also work with small specialist companies and provide full head hunting services to engage the passive market and provide access to the best talent in the market.

In my role of Recruitment Consultant within the company I developed a thorough understanding of the needs of both my clients and candidates and gave the best quality service for both, providing detailed support every step of the way.
