I established the method chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) in the lab and used this technique to identify binding sites of Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptionfactors (ChIP-seq). Title: ChIP-based screen and analysis of protein-DNA-interactions of flavonoid biosynthesis regulators in Arabidopsis thaliana. Expertise in chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and basic techniques of molecular biology.
