The focus is mainly on supporting the user in creating high-quality tickets. During the development I fine-tuned LLMs and used them as agents. I applied prompting schemes to improve their helpfulness and used Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based on embedding similarity and a retrieval agent to provide relevant contextual information.
