Management of the new products’ industrialization, and their start of production. Coordination of the production and its related services in order to guarantee the quality, delivery and costs.

New products development projects management. The target is to diversify our traditional markets, and so to permit us to supply some new customer, out of the automotive range.

Responsible of the study, launch and follow-up for industrial transfer projects in abroad countries : Slovakia, China, Romania... Transfers realised without any interruption of the supply chain, in existing or not existing production plants. Start-up, validation and training of the new production plants. Procedures redaction.

Continuous improvement of the production process (productivity, scrap reduction, cost saving, working cell improvement...)

Responsible of the new products industrialization in a project team (quotation, study, tools, documentation et start of production).

5th professional training period during my engineer study Installation of three new induction oven for cast iron. This project is a part of a global new implementation of the workshop (budget : 5 MF, around 750k€)

4th professional training period during my engineer study. • Implementation of productivity indicator and study of the results. • First study of a raw material automatic supply system for a whole workshop.

3rd professional training period during my engineer study Design, manufacturing and set-up of moulding machine. (budget : 260 KF around 40K€)
