- Study proteogenomic landscape of ALL Leukemia initiation and propagation through multiOMICS screening and analysis. Lab techniques: cell culture, shRNA and sgRNA cloning, proximity ligation assay, LC-MS/MS, Cas9-KO screening and RNAseq. - Bioinformatics analysis of multiOMICS data, i.e., RNAseq, Mass Spec and CRISPR-KO screen, using R programing language. - Monitor and support graduate students and TAs through their projects.

- Investigated resistance mechanisms developed by Lung Cancer cells against targeted therapy (techniques involved: e.g., cell culture, molecular cloning, LC-MS/MS and Mass Spec analysis). - Lead graduate and undergraduate students through theory and experiments of their projects. - Write, review and present findings and manuscripts at regular meetings and conferences.
