Direct team of 18 members including 10 Area Sales Managers, network control manager and credit control officer. Involved in strategic planning and policy formulation as a core member of Retail Leadership Team. Senior Downstream Representative with additional responsibility (dotted line) for all class of businesses within the region.

Assigned to set up a project team, develop strategy for alternative fuels and initiate project to deliver aspirations within the Pakistan market. Target: Deliver a volume of 140 million litres with 18 new CNG projects, a capital Injection of US $ 6 million, NIBIAT of US $ 4 million for the year 2007. The project also required change management as all class of businesses were required to be integrated.
