Behsazan Mellat is one of the largest information technology companies in Iran, with more than 1,200 staff responsible for developing, operating, maintaining, & supporting large systems, including the Core Banking system of Bank Mellat, the national procurement system, and several other important systems. As a board member of the company, I had a key role in directing and leading the company. During the period that I was a board member of this company, the company experienced a 3700% profit growth.

The Institute of AI and Cognitive Sciences is a pioneering collaboration between Bank Mellat and the UT. This institute focuses on harnessing the power of AI to develop innovative financial services. As part of this initiative, I have been actively involved in Member of the Board, contributing to projects that leverage AI to optimize financial processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

As a CIO, I has been focused on the below projects: - Designing & Re-launching Innovation Hub of Behsazan Farda (IHBF) - Bank Mellat Smart Assistant (Chatbot) Project - The project of establishing the AI institute of Bank Mellat - The project of establishing a blockchain-based product startup - The project of launching a Virtual Reality (VR) branch startup for the bank - Establishing a corporate venture capital (CVC) structure - Due Diligence of startups for investment

Visiting lecturer of "Information Technology Project Management" and "An Introduction to Entrepreneurship (Starting an Innovative Business)" at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Tehran

As the deputy of business development of the holding, I led the business development of the holding and its subsidiaries. I made policies, coordinated, and created synergy among the holding companies to launch joint projects, develop new business lines, form new companies, and merge or separate companies based on the group’s priorities. Also, as the VP of business development, I led several projects that involved launching new businesses line for the Behsazan Ferda Group.

TritApp is a social network for medical professionals that allows its members to interact directly with other professionals to gain access to advanced, up-to-date, accurate, and interdisciplinary knowledge. tritapp seeks to expand its network to all global influencers (natural & legal persons) to provide the best and fastest specialized, professional, welfare and financial services, including interdisciplinary interactions for members.

PadidAR Virtual Reality Co. is a digital health startup based on VR/AR that offers products for teaching complex medical procedures. Our team turned the idea of using VR/AR to produce products that are used for teaching surgical, medical intervention, and rehabilitation skills. I have been in charge of the following: • Developing Business Plan, • Networked with other businesses & customers, • Offered expertise on employee & business development plans to enhance implementation & routine oversight.

2022 marks my 18th year as an independent management and organizational consultant. During this time I have been involved in a wide range of planned change interventions including the design and presentation of training to support these efforts. The primary focus of my work in recent years is Knowledge Management, Project Management, Change Management, IT Management, and IT Governance.

I joined in 2015 & established the Organizational Excellence Center based on its needs. As the director, I had the following responsibilities: •Designing & implementing the IT governance system •Strategic & operational planning •Developing of enterprise portfolio management system •Establishing the innovation management system of the UT •Directing the business process improvement project •Developing & supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement •Directing Crisis Management processes

Ministry of roads and urban development, consist of headquarter and 15 affiliated organization. Policy making and governing ICT issues within this large and distributed organization, was one of the main issues for the minister. So, this project follow the designing the structures, processes and requirements of ICT governance.

Integrated Tax Solution (ITS) project, is a 100 million Euro ERP project the aimed to Customize and localized a tax solution for Iranian National Tax Authority. As a project management team member, I have played different roles: • Project Management Deputy; • Designing and deploying project knowledge management mechanisms; • Transferring knowledge from contractor to the INTA; • Planning and execution of project professional training course; • Coordination of business analyst team;

After establishing the Knowledge Management and Leaning Department in Ministry of Health and Medical Education, I have managed it for two years and running some attractive and beneficial projects there. Now, I’m transfer the managing of this department to their staff and just coordinating with them as a consultant.
