Responsible for all the marketing activities of the company (Social media, Website, Events & Exhibition, PR....)

In charge of all activities required to issue quarterly newsletter. Making daily press report monitoring the ICT sector. Contacting the journalists and press when needed. Updating the website. Responsible for marketing-intelligence activities & surveys Organizing events; content-wise (i.e.: invitations, slogan, brochures, flyers…) Dealing with the NGOs we are member in. Finalizing some marketing activities for sister companies. Perform all other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Handling all administrative activities (filling, write memos…) Receive customers’ complaints and calls, identify its status (warranty, contract, or with-fees), store these calls on the system, coordinate with the engineers to solve customers’ problems, and follow up with the customer. Responsible for customer satisfaction surveys
