• Work side by side with the retail team in an agile environment to develop pricing strategies and define requirements to increase competitiveness • Define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels • Create pricing goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve the objectives • Evaluate performance figures by articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
• Prepare a resourced programme schedule, including reviewing the outcome for conformance with requirements • Prepare Investment Framework Financials for the investment period and follow-up the performance and delivery • Prepare visual materials in support of planned meetings, Steering Boards, Working Groups, FVC Leadership meetings • Report, Cash, WC, Capex, Revex consumption of the Asset activity and closely coordinate with PPR/Finance team(s) internally and externally
• Achieve defined targets of fleet sales, gross and operating margins primarily through the acquisition of new key and core customers • Optimize the volume-margin mix with a portfolio of existing customers • Develop an action plan ensuring an efficient acquisition of new customers in the segments of the market targeted by company strategies • Work closely with Pricing, Fuels Marketing and Fleet CSU teams
• Produce sales and margin performance analysis to support the decision process of the Leadership Team • Provide recommendations on pricing tactics and strategies to improve volume & margin maximization • Keep commercial & trade area databases up to date • Develop commercial & financial models • Provide inputs to performance and strategy teams for preparation of the global financial outlook • Conduct volume / margin elasticity studies • Carry out site by site performance management
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the dealers in order for them to offer outstanding services to the customers • Managing business of existing dealers by considering sales, margins, expenses, profitability, cash flow and credit issues with increasing focus on growth of operational excellence • Providing accurate sales volumes projection to ensure that appropriate demand structure is maintained • Developing territory sales plans in line with the marketing strategy
• Communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers proactively • Analyzing information needs and functional requirements • Delivering the management systems and methodologies to the customers • Assess the system requirements of clients and make sure the timely delivery of the services
