I have been managing business activities, sales, management, establishment of distribution networks since 2011 as actively as Branch manager in Machinery & Industrial Automation sector in Turkey. Started as 12 people and managing activities with 5 people with 34 times more turnovers. Distribution network I have been managing 35 people as total with sales, marketing, webinar, training activities as well as importing goods and selling to our customers.

I worked in Ratingen with inviation of our president for internal skills of management and corporate philosopy undertsanding the group culture. After 3 months of work in our headquarters Germany I was nominated as Branch manager.

I started as sales engineers and increased sales dramatically from 700.000 EUR to 1.5 Million EUR and showed reports of developments to our president and nominated within 2.5 years as deputy branch manager after that position became branch manager within 3 years.
