With over 18yrs of experience in recruitment, I have been lucky to have been involved in recruiting projects for a variety of diverse companies across the globe. I have worked in Telco, IT, eCommerce, Sales, Clinical Research and in recent years Biopharmaceuticals. I have worked on-site and remotely, where I have managed the recruitment process for new locations where fast ramp-up is required, and also general recruiting where new members need to be added to the team.

The role at Dynavax involves sourcing potential candidates for the Dusseldorf (Germany) facility where Dynavax is currently producing the Hepislav product. I have recruited members at all levels in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering and Manufacturing and highlighted the company's presence as an employer in Germany during the process using Networking and Job Fair attendance to do so.

I assisted SC in building a Global Team of Country & Regional Managers in the Electric Car (EV) domain. I recruited in the US, UK, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain & Canada. (Hired - Country Managers & Regional Business Development Managers, Industries - Real Estate & Automotive)
