Some of my key responsibilities are: • Maximizing the value of the process concept by providing project management support to bridge the client’s requirements • Optimization of the process simulation models by troubleshooting the digital twins. • Continuously improving the plant performance by monitoring ML models and coordinating with concerned teams to implement the recommendations effectively. • Developing system procedures, delivering technical presentations and operator training sessions.

•Activities included process design, process simulation, development of PFDs and P&IDs, process specifications of equipment, procedures, and other process documents. •Flow assurance studies along with pressure drop calculations for cross-country pipelines. •Key position during commissioning and start-up of a major refinery unit. •Development of project planning, and preparation of various engineering proposals. •Participated in various design reviews including PHA, HAZOP, and SIL sessions.

•Process Design activities for Natural Gas included concept definition, equipment and line sizing, hydraulic analysis with pressure drop calculations, and pump calculations. •Planning for potential projects and prepared technical proposals and presentations. •Lead and supervised CAD operator’s team and trainee engineers.

•Improvement of the NGL production, storage and loading process by developing process simulations. Process engineering calculations for NGL wellhead equipment. •Supervision of process engineer trainees, and coordination with technical sectors.

•Process design calculations and simulation for the optimization of the production •Preparations for the commissioning and start-up in the refinery.
