Controlling management for the 3 plants in Mexico, month end reports process, analysis of projects analysis based on sales/cost/margin, Tariff rate for all products, capex and return of invest, headcount and cost , cash flow, AP, AR, consolidation (USA, Germany), develop financial KPI, transfer price, nvolved in manager controlling counselling. Reported to Senior Controller in Queretaro and Finance Controller in USA; 3 direct employees reporting to me.

Responsible for financial statements reports (US, Germany, Mexico), work programs design, team responsibilities assignment, internal control, internal reports review with customers, physical inventories, support reports, federal tax and duties business management. Reported to Senior Manager in Queretaro; 4 direct employees reporting to me.
