Georeferencing/localization of historical maps and archives for the evaluation of aerial photographs for munitions contamination detection from World War II. Enforce strict georeferencing standards for historical aerial imagery by applying precise Ground Control Point (GCP) alignment and rigorous Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) validation protocols.

Created a PostGIS-enabled PostgreSQL database integrating multi-source urban data, enabling spatial statistics analysis linking energy consumption with biophilic design indicators. Collaborated on academic publications by providing technical expertise in geospatial methodology, data visualization, and statistical modeling.

Handled pre-modeling and documentation of electricity distribution networks (low and medium voltage) in the ArcGIS Utility Network. Developed backend logic to standardise cross-format data (CAD, GeoTIFF, CSV, and GeoJSON) for export and integration into utility operations. Updated and maintained spatial and attribute network data for lines, transformers, switchgear, and service connections. Worked with network topologies, asset types, and attribute rules to ensure consistent network data.

Automated geodataset acquisition using GNSS and mobile GIS tools (ArcPad & ArcGIS Field Maps) to ensure accurate land parcel planning and ownership data. Optimized enterprise-scale PostGIS query performance by implementing spatial indexing and geoprocessing logic to accelerate land ownership verification and compliance reporting workflows. Handled automated QA/QC workflows (topology validation, attributes, projections) for seamless ingestion into a central management system.
