- Performing all formalities for customs regimes with economic impact (outward and inward processing) - Issuing the customs import and export declarations - Forecasting the customs duties - Researching and negotiating transportation contracts with international TL and LTL carriers. Monitoring them - Identifying the best delivery conditions and favorable transport solutions from all the spare parts and equipment suppliers and completes the formalities requested for customs clearance.

· To obtain from the Regional Customs Directorate the Authorizations needed by the company for Inward Processing Authorizations, Tax guarantee exemption Authorizations, etc; · To keep accurate Import and Export records, in order to comply with the Customs laws regarding the temporary imports; · To prepare all the documents and the formalities requested for customs clearance. · Legally responsible for the data accuracy and consistency required by Customs Code of Romania for import/export operations.
