Delivering a range of teaching activities including finance classes tutoring at undergraduate and graduate level and financial tools such as Bloomberg LP, Reuters, Factset and Capital IQ.

 Designed, implemented and launched the equity derivatives desk covering flow trading/ structuring and equity finance business (equity lending/borrowing) from the ground up.  Consistently delivered 10x on bank’s target ROE, profit of 180% - 220% on regulatory capital after costs, while monitoring and maintaining risk within preset limits.

Integrated and rolled out exotic and structured products as a new business line; generated 36% and 13% of the desk’s total profit, and 12% and 5% of the desk’s total volume in 2014 and 2013, respectively.

Launched the security derivatives desk and coordinated the design, development and functional implementation of the UniCredit Bank’s internal system for electronic market making in Istanbul.

Established the securitized derivatives desk, and run the derivatives book of covered warrants on Turkish names.
