Evaluated aircraft development proposals, providing project feasibility assessments, driving communications and technical discussions with potential subcontractors. Actively managed various aircraft development projects. Prepared critical reports and presentations for senior management. Lead fixed wing platform conceptual design, development and testing efforts. Lead CFD analysis activities, helicopter rotor blade development, air data system development, provided Aerostat performance calculations.

- Worked closely with different departments on bottle neck causes of non-inefficient or disputed industrial processes and produced effective alternative work flow charts which saved the company both time and resources. - Oversaw various enterprise risks and created and followed risk mitigation plans in order to eliminate, reduce, transfer or delay the risks within the given time frame.

Planned, executed and evaluated over 1,000 wind tunnel test runs with 3D and 2D models. Built the aerodynamic database from the wind tunnel test data. Lead all CFD analysis efforts and performed a wide range of aerodynamic analyses. Prepared aerodynamic flight test plan and analyzed test data via Matlab and Visual Basic macros in Excel. Worked across departments to coordinate the environmental test and evaluation activities and prepared the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).

Blade Element Momentum Theory, optimum blade design, electrical and mechanical aspects, determination of blade and tower natural frequencies and vibration issues, wind turbine design, siting, system integration, wind farm design and wake models, and economic analysis of wind energy investments.

Attended PhD Program for 1.5 years in Aerospace Engineering, researching in the field of Smart Structures . Worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant.

Completed my MSc thesis on "Conceptual Design and Design Optimization of a VTOL Tilt-Duct UAV". Worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant.
