•Responsible from smooth and uninterruptible operation of the company’s ERP System (Navision) and one common version for all stores. Primary responsibility is running and maintenance of ERP systems effectively

•Gather/Analyze business requirements and produce system design and configuration documentations in accordance with company’s approved methodology. •Carry out implementations, data migration, tests, and end-user trainings. •Work closely with support team, and customers in order to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

•Provide onsite/offsite customer support ensuring the customer receives the highest level of service. •Log customer issues in to the CRM system and keep it up to date on all support incidents with contact made, diagnosis carried out and solutions offered. •Investigate and reproduce reported issues as necessary using all tools available, advising customers of known issues and providing workarounds where possible.

•Responsible for business analyze and developing ERP Software for Schaefer Shop Turkey’s requirements by using MSSQL 7.0 database and Visual Basic 6.0. •Integrate ERP software to Logo GoldOpen4.2 accounting software. •Manage daily activities, issue resolution and ERP maintenance.

•Responsible for analyzing and developing software about Hospital Information Systems by using Oracle, Ingress databases and OpenRoad. •Responsible for software setup/installation, maintenance, all kind of department training about Hospital Information System and workflow. •Manage daily activities, issue resolution and maintenance.
