•Interface Management & Co-ordination between Client, Vendor /Fabricator / Shipyard and within company internal teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. •Monitor all the activities, including receipt, fabrication, installation and Pre-commissioning, carried out by the EPC Contractor or vendors for the Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical & Painting discipline.

•Interface Management & Co-ordination between Client, Vendor / Fabricator / Shipyard and within BAB's internal teams such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. •Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables from engineering phase to Commissioning phase. •Perform Resource Management in terms of Manpower, Materials & Cost. •Ensure each phase of project is executed in accordance to the agreed scope, within the duration & budget and with acceptable quality.

•Developing Procedure to monitor the QUALITY SYSTEM as per client specification. •Prepare ITP and NDT Matrix refer to criteria stated in Contract Specs, Class Rules and Standards •Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures. •Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements.
