Provide Infrastructure support and ensure Technology Readiness for the Data Centers of Vodafone Group Technology Operations.

2nd rotation of Vodafone's Grad Scheme: I performed the role of Technical Designer for various projects within the Vodafone's Enterprise Security Portfolio for Fixed Networks. During this role, I was involved in a series of activities such as: - Creation and revision of Technical Documentation - In-depth involvement in vendor selection process during tender process - Participation on mid-term strategy definition sessions for the Vodafone Enterprise Security Portfolio

By the end of the first rotation within the Graduate Scheme, I went through a one-month length customer-facing experience in one of the retail stores from Vodafone. Here I was able to get an insight about the challenges that our retail employees face on a daily basis as well I got a better understanding of what Vodafone customers feel and think about the company and the difficulties they may go through when using our services.

1st role Grad Scheme of Vodafone: I´ve carried out a role in Project Management within the M2M business area. This rotation allowed me to gain a great understanding of the way of delivering projects in Vodafone as well as a good understanding of the technology behind the M2M SOBE products.

- Development of Training Materials in Authorisation Management for a wide range of target groups within the company, thoroughly explaining the main tasks carried out at our department and the processes used to achieve its flawless execution - Researching and gathering new EU Rules and Regulations in regard to the Railway Industry - Update and maintain content of the meetings and discussions held related with the different Authorisation Management key topics across the whole Bombardier network.
