Coordinate 3rd party vendor in the USA, Swiss Re business stakeholders and different IT Operations teams on the definition, build and rollout of a global “Information Aggregation Platform” cloud solution.

Provide business applications to the fast-growing business division in the trade field (CRM, ERP, web portals). Analyse business needs, select development partners, negotiate contracts and run projects. I managed Deloitte France in the delivery of an “order-to-cash” application using Salesforce technology subsequently deployed in 25 countries. In addition I stabilized 5 existing applications and developed 8 new ones in partnership with off-shore teams in Portugal and Ecuador.

Developed solutions to respond to business needs for 10 Strategic Business Units with a portfolio of circa 50 applications. Matrix managed cross-functional internal and external resources.

Lead cross-functional business analysis initiative to enhance system management product. Work was done in collaboration with main customer in USA and with internal teams. Re-designed and developed in Java the graphical user interface of this system.

• Developed a Java module to display financial graphics for the Credit Suisse Internet website. • Developed the Java-Web-Navigator for Roche. Winner of IF Design Award 2001, Germany.

• Delivered data load scripts and reporting module for a Security Access system for CEMEX SA. • Developed in Visual C++ the user interface of a real time Manufacturing Control system for CEMEX SA.
