Leading the R&D reorganization (2009) from competence to business focus.

Lead a team of volunteers in the organization of the regional Open Bongerd Tennis Tournament.

Project management and patent responsibility for development of new business in binders for decorative coatings and paint. Multidisciplinary teams for new technology transfer to manufacturing.

Product research and development (chemical manufacturing of binders for paints, inks and adhesives), including patent strategy planning and execution.
