I lead the ASIL-D Steer-by-Wire lifecycle for Mercedes-Benz and NIO, designing fail-operational system and safety concepts. As the primary OEM interface, I manage requirements, FMEA/FTA, and technical reviews. I define system architecture across HW/SW/Mech, ensuring bidirectional traceability and UNECE R79 compliance. I guide global teams to SOP, translating needs into testable specs. By deriving FSRs/TSRs and leading ASPICE Level 2 audits, I ensure robust, high-quality system integration.

Experience in System Engineering, Requirements Engineering & Management in Doors for EPS & Steer by wire Steering products. Experience in Platform Requirements & Customer Requirements evaluation Experience in Design & development process in Steer by wire, Steering Column, I- shafts, EPS Dual Pinion & APA steering gears.

• Designed and developed mechanical steering systems and advanced engineering samples and managed proto samples for global OEMs. • Coordinated with manufacturing, suppliers, and OEM customers for fitment analysis and cost optimization. • Supported product costing, benchmarking, and continuous process improvement initiatives. • Worked with global OEMs including Daimler, Volvo Eicher, Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, and Renault-Nissan.
