This is the 3 months of Internship and 6 months of Master Project of Laser Dicing of Several Semiconductor Materials. The objectives of my project are to build Laser Dicing System from 3D printed parts to match with 2D Arges Laser Scanhead and Avia UV Pulsed Laser to cut the different wafer material and to achieve high precision die pattern cutting.

This is the 2 years dual master program from UTAR and OTH Regensburg. The course takes 1 semester of study, 3 months of internship and 6 months of master thesis. The study includes Laser Material Processing, Optoelectronics, Cybernetics, Laser Technology and Photonics.

The 9 months of Electronics System Engineering in UTAR are Electromagnetic Compatibility, Electronics Reliability, Design Pattern for Embedded System, Project Management, Microelectronics Materials, Optoelectronic Device, Advanced Engineering Mathematics and Research Methodology.

This is the 4 years studies in UTAR which the subjects included all the basic skill in Electronics Engineering. The system includes Analog and DIgital Electronics Design, Signal Processing, Programming and IC Designing
