- Setting up of 3 batching plant - Following the training of the batching plant operators - Searching for the best kind of aggregate available near our working area - Study of the best concrete mix design considering the cost and the quality of the final product for different typology of structures - Maximize the efficiency of the mix design selecting the proper admixture to achieve workability and final strenghs.

- Interfacing with the technology lab area for any problems on the product or special requests from customers . - Help the management through monitoring , control and organization of internal logistics . - Technical assistance on site about the correct selection of concrete, proper pouring and proper maturation of the same in accordance with local regulations. - Managing customer relationships through targeted advice in order to handle complaints and improve the quality of the product supplied .
