• Conducted dyeing of natural fibers using both reactive dyes and natural dyes, with a focus on sustainability by optimizing dye recipes to reduce dye and water usage. Evaluated the dyed fibers through comprehensive testing, including CIE lab tests, washing fastness, color fastness, and rubbing fastness, to ensure product quality and durability.

• Responsible for product development and merchandising for knitted and woven goods. • Collaborate with international buyers and customers to understand their needs and requirements. • Oversee production schedules and quality controls to ensure timely delivery of high quality products. • Testing and Quality Control of fabric and garment testing (flammability, water repellent and tear strength) • Development of protective clothing, spacer fabrics, and more—from raw materials to the final product.
