I work as a packaging engineer which is not what I graduated. I have to create how to pack out the toys with my own idea including dealing with the graphic designer in my plant and abroad. Sometime, I have to negociate with the customer to accept the product which proceeding out of spec. I also have to submit the lab and get packaging approval from the mother plant in US. My job is not only to design but looking for the good material to be packed and can be shipped out around the world.
