Troubleshooting international roaming customer and network (failure/outage, performance & QoS) complaints email . Support in technical and feasibility studies for new products and services. Monitoring roaming QoS of preferred operators using active and passive probes monitoring tools, and in-depth analysis of traces and KPIs for identifying causes for roaming performance degradation and suggesting corrective actions as well as making recommendation .

Weekly record the logs of all the performance issues & report to management. Benchmarking KPIs (Loc Up, HO, Paging,traffic volume both Incoming & outgoing MOC, and MTC) to ensure they are maintained. KPIs analysis of all Network Elements of RAN and Core including Huawei STP, HSS ,MSS ,GGSN , SGSN , MME , SGW , PGW ... To identify low KPIs using different failure counters and pinpoints the issue on different interfaces.
