As an OEM, provide service to customers about HV, LV motors, generators, pumps, consumer electrical appliances. Provide solutions, rectify faults and maintenance of motors at customer plants.

Managing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance (CM), condition based maintenance (CBM) of HV/LV switchgears, transformers, motors, MCC, VFD Drives, UPS, microprocessor-based numerical relays, elevators, HVAC and Diesel Generator (D.G). Spare planning and budget planning, maintenance planning, procurement, documentation of work history, RCA of equipment, safety and compliances. Operation of iron ore plant, managing crushing and grinding unit operation.

Ensured electrical preventive maintenance requirements on motors, transformers, MCC/PCC, VFD, PLC,SCADA, Battery charger, UPS, Feeder & Motors, Switchgears, HVAC, and Diesel generator. Electrical project installation commissioning, Capex project execution. Reliability engineering RCA, FMEA, CA. Maintenance planner, budget, spare and maintenance planning. Experience in SAP PM implementation and support project after implementation.
