Master Thesis Student worked on Thesis topic "Development of CAN Debug Gateway for the Rain and Light Sensor Diagnostics ". This is implemented by developing a CAN interface dedicated to receive all the measurements from the sensor micro controller and transmit the readings to the CANoe.

Merge File Tool Development: A tool is developed to merge the s28 files for flashing the software into the sensor.The GUI created chooses the application file and the boot file to be merged and saves it to the required location.

Vector Cast Unit Testing and Software Integration Testing: Unit testing for rain light sensor, where test cases for each modules of application are written and tested using the tool Vector CAST. The test cases are harnessed and full report is generated with a target of 100 percentage coverage

Creating a Wireless Gateway Node: A wireless gateway node is developed to retrieve data from sensors situated in inaccessible areas using XBee wireless network.
