The underwritten premiums have increased by 15% over 2 years and Icare has returned to a good profitability level in 2013 and 2014.

Europ Assistance is the creator of assistance and a worldwide market leader. 2010 gross revenue: 305 M€. Staff: 750 110+ staff managed. 300+ key accounts in the following industries: insurance, financial institutions, bank, automotive, travel and tourism, health, energy, telecoms, etc. Results: achieved 95% revenue growth which helped triple the EBIT in 6 years.

Parc Astérix is the flagship of Compagnie des Alpes, a European leader in the leisure industry. 2004 revenue: 65 M€. EBIT: 6 M€. Staff: 1,865 Results: increased the company’s profitability and operational efficiency.

Consultancy assignments with organizations of the travel and tourism sector.

2002 revenue: 533 M€ (C$787 million). Staff: 2500. 3 million passengers. Active in North America, Europe, Great Britain, Mexico and the Caribbean. Results: drove the company’s turnaround after 9/11 events: revenue goals were surpassed, unit revenue increased by 30% on non-package sales and more than 10% on package sales, leading to profitability that far exceeded forecasts.
