Led product direction and delivery for a cloud orchestration platform across two DevOps teams and later an 11-person full-stack platform team. Owned roadmap, prioritisation, backlog, architecture alignment, quality, operations and stakeholder management; hired and onboarded six colleagues. Shaped next-generation capabilities spanning orchestration, service brokers, storage, security, IdP federation, IPAM, RBAC and CI/CD, while contributing hands-on MVP/frontend work with Nuxt, Vue and TypeScript.

Automated managed cloud services using VMware vRO/vRA, Python and CI/CD. Developed orchestration workflows for Kubernetes, Oracle databases, operating systems and cloud storage; held end-to-end responsibility for SMB, NFS, iSCSI and S3 services; and handled operations and on-call support. Built Enterprise Service Cloud and API documentation with Vue/VuePress and improved GitLab/Concourse pipelines and automated tests.

Completed an intentional independent world trip, living and learning across different cultures before returning to product and technology work with a broader international perspective. Travelled independently, deepened my understanding of people, cities and how different communities work, and continued exploring personal product ideas along the way.

Led customer-facing agile delivery for enterprise cloud engagements as Scrum Master, team lead and SPOC. Facilitated ceremonies, supported backlog and stakeholder management, organised steering meetings and managed team budgets. Maintained Python cloud-platform test automation and built a Vue/Node management dashboard. Contributed to IT landscape and system health checks, created the company-wide Engage programme and mentored students in Zühlke's Innovation Academy.

Delivered requirements, migration, testing, data-quality and authorisation work for the TCS BaNCS core-banking transformation. Served as data owner for the legacy ZV-IS application, created role and authorisation concepts, planned data cleanup, reviewed parameterisation and migration requirements, designed and executed reconciliation tests with Tricentis Tosca, managed HPQC defects and supported incident taskforces and affected users.

Supported Swisscom Corporate Real Estate Management through process redesign, BPMN modelling, tooling administration, SAP RE-FX reporting and risk mapping. Revised the process landscape, helped migrate to ADONIS, acted as sub-administrator, analysed and optimised processes with owners, modelled them in BPMN 2.0, trained users, produced property risk maps and turned SAP data into decision material.

Coordinated customer and site-owner communication for Swisscom mobile-site projects. Served as the interface between project teams and property owners, handling complaints, feedback, contract topics and operational access tickets. Wrote project letters in German, French and Italian, maintained owner and customer data across systems, and worked with SAP and Swisscom applications.

Combined process design, SAP data, reporting and automation in Swisscom Real Estate Management. Designed a barcode-based document scanning process for SAP, supported framework and property-owner contracts in SAP RE-FX, created reports and an MS Access partner-management tool, built an intern networking platform, and automated recurring workflows with VBS/VBA.

Militia army role with the Swiss Army Recruit Band, focused on food organisation, accounting and leadership. Completed education and practical leadership work in logistics, accounting and organisational responsibility.

Graduate exchange semester focused on international business, global strategy and legal aspects of business. Studied in the Graduate School / Master Course, with courses including Global Business Strategy and Legal Aspects of Business in English. Achieved A+ and A0 respectively, with a GPA of 4.15 and a percentage equivalent of 97.50.

Master's degree focused on Business Information Systems, cloud software development, requirements engineering, digital business and IT management. Graduated insigni cum laude (5.56/6.00). Thesis: Software Development in the Cloud - Exploring the Affordances of Model-Driven Platform-as-a-Service (6.00/6.00, 20 ECTS), awarded 3rd place/Bronze in the VBW Excellence Award 2017.

Exchange semester combining Japanese language learning, Japanese management and East Asian business topics. Studied Japanese language, communication and grammar alongside Cases in Japanese Management, Management in Japan, and Competing in Emerging Markets and East Asia. All listed transcript courses were graded A, strengthening my international and cross-cultural business perspective.

Bachelor's degree combining business administration with a 30-ECTS Computer Science minor. Graduated magna cum laude (4.81/6.00). Built foundations in business processes, innovation, strategy, quantitative methods, databases, operating systems, human-machine interaction and programming. Thesis: Impacts of the Adoption of Application Platform as a Service on Software Development (6.00/6.00).
