Within Gaggenau I am head of a team of four who are in charge of content creation& production and implementation and integration of such in specific offline and online channels on a global level for the brand of Gaggenau. Also holding responsibility over internal communciation. Content includes imagery, text as well as editorial content. Channels include offline as publications (catalogues, brochures etc) and online/digital channels such as website, social media, eshops and more.
Responsible for Imagery (Stills and Movieproduction) on a global level for the brand Gaggenau I am shaping the Brands identity by giving it an imagery that is unique for this brand. Concepting and organizing still photography productions for launches and brand Topics as well as developping new films and movie production. Responsible for the launch management for one product category of baking and developping communicatin strategies for the launch of new products.
Within Procurement for Indirect Categories I am responsible for the management of one segment/ material cluster calles Sales Support. This field contains global categories within the area of Marketing like POS, Print, PR, Photo& Movie Production and others. With a team of 6 international team colleagues I steer the global strategic management of these categories with around 180 Mio € yearly budget. As this is a new approach skills like new organizational setup and change management, are essential.
