As the Business Manager for corporate education at COGNI-MGR, a Consultancy specialized in Educational Solutions and People Development, I was responsible for starting up a business model for the Corporate Education area by establishing and structuring processes. Also I was in charge of presenting our Solutions and Services to companies that were in need of Training and Development Programs for their employees.

As a Development and Business Consultant at Afferolab I was responsible for identifying business opportunities in a specific customer portfolio and for generating commercial leads. I was in charge of the negotiation and of the projects profitability. Accostumed to a routine which included meetings with clients, proposals design, and planning and implementing projects.

Cultura Inglesa is a well known English School in Brazil – I was in charge of co-managing a team of approximately 30 English teachers. This assignment comprehended organizing the classes timetable as well as other branch activities such as tests and other customer services. Along with the branch manager, I also helped plan the annual Budget of the branch and the annual Business Development Plan. Selection and dismissal of employees were also part of my duties.
