When I joined Sigma-tau, I started as Financial Controller. Now I'm CFO, under the responsibility of the manager of the subsidiary. I'm often in contacts with my Italian colleagues from our HQ located in Rome. I am responsible for full spectrum of Financial, Administrative, and IT-MIS functions, I ensure all statutory and management reports are correct and submitted in a timely manner, I organize and manage the annual budget and monitor the actual performance. I manage a small team (3 people).

I replaced during six months a maternity leave. I was responsible of the consolidation of the management accounts, sales, head counts for the South East Asia, Mid-East, and Eastern Europe (Excluding Russia). I also had a role of support on accountings standards to the subsidiaries, and technical support for the usage of the consolidation software.

After my military service as Officer Cadet, I joined Yamanouchi. I was working directly with the CFO, and was responsible for the monthly closings and financial reportings. I was deeply involved in the budgeting process. I was managing 4 personnels. I participated into the implementation of SAP.

I was assigned to a Cost control unit, where I had to study the profitability of some military real-estate, and I also realized a cost study on plumbing renovation of military buildings.

During my last year at school I did this job in apprenticeship.
